The owner Fabio was fantastic. Could not be more accomodating. He personally makes breakfast and homemade pastries. Highly recommend this facility. A little hard to get to but worth it.

Good very special

A really lovely place. Perfect for families as the apartments are big enough to allow some breathing room. We were four people (2 kids) and had loads of room. Severino was the name of our apartment. The pool is a gem - sunset with your own bottle of wine is a real treat. Great place overall. Will be back.

Lovely property in a great location. Lots of space. They have a Nespresso machine (perhaps they could have provided a couple of capsules too). The pool was excellent.

So much more than the typical farm lodging, nice restaurant, hotel style reception, swim pools, horse riding offered, 3 kilometers in to Buonconvento, just a Super nice place.

The hotel restaurant was amazing. Great food and price. Great hotel, free parking, modern and clean place. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. They certainly went out of their way to help us.

My husband and I spent 6 fabulous nights here. From the moment I made the reservation, I felt in good hands with great communication about any question I had. The front desk can assist with wine excursions, spa, cooking class and even are connected with a nice local gym you can attend for a small fee. Freshly renovated space owned and run by a very kind couple that puts love into the hospitality they provide their guests. That includes lots of homemade baked goodies/snacks, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in a lovely terrace garden area.

We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.

Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe.
