"We were upgraded to a room with a stunning sea view. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Only downside was a leaky pipe in our shower was believed to have flooded the room below, but that’s to be expected with such an old and very beautiful building. Would absolutely recommend. "

"Great location. Nice clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Wasn’t a fan of the bathroom set up with frosted glass and view of the toilet from the bed. Room needed more plug sockets, only 1 behind the bed. Room spacious and clean with a mini bar and nice coffee. "
