"We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our stay in Madeira, lovely hotel with great views out to the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel is situated on the promenade of Ponta Da Sol and takes up about 2/3rds of it. It’s been built in a sympathetic style to fit in with the local area. Breakfast was included in our room rate and we found a good selection of hot and cold food. We never used the indoor pool but did you’d the interface on the 4th floor on a couple of occasions. Good buffet breakfast with a few options including cold, cooked, and sweet. Great location, with free parking a short walk (paid parking closer by, but rarely spaces available). New bathroom and amazing shower. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended."

"The room was clean, well appointed and very quiet. We were across from the elevator bank and didn’t hear them at all. The location is very good and so was the breakfast. I don’t think I’ve ever had better water pressure in the shower. Our only problem was our room seemed to be in a wifi dead zone. We had good service in the middle of the room but not at either end, including the balcony. The staff did try to rectify it but not much improvement. Would definitely stay again. "
