"A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest."

"Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!"

"Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. "True ski in ski out property! Ski lifts right outside hotel door. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 6 nights. In room washing machine was super helpful since we were traveling with kids. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel provided transport from hotel to Hirafu Welcome center which is where our shuttle bus from Chitose Airport dropped us off at."
