"This was our 1st time in St. Augustine. We loved the quiet atmosphere at the Condo. We will stay here again."

"It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! "

"Check-in was not in class with Expedia / VRBO or other class group organization. Lroperty was touted as resort quality and the company held the line that mothing was their problem. We have pictures and videos to show all. Even wash me on the windows we asked to have cleaned that were not and never cleaning the bird crap off the railings of the balconies is just the start. Never felt aafe knowing the bacony door was broken and taped."

"The Condo itself is laid out great and has potential to be an excellent rental. It needs new mattresses desperately, patio furniture also needs upgraded, there were no beach chairs and the owner needs to do whatever they can to get rid of the mold smell. "
