"Nice hotel that i would use again. However i was place on a room at the extremities of the hotel where there are several blocks of rooms. Unfortunately the signage to rooms apart to have been done from a perspective of those taking the long walk from the reception. Most folk though jump back in their car and drive to the carpark at the far end of the hotel (yes, it's that far). Entering from that carpark there's only a few signs that don't cover directions to every room in the blocks, for...

"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar. Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots."

"Room was spacious and looked like in the photos. They do have a big problem with damp but this only really affected the asthetics and didnt affect our stay. The room looks freshly decorated. "

"The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us."
