"We had a great stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The hotel is right beside the Rotterdam Blaak station, so transportation was a breeze. Seamless self check-in, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ability to borrow bikes, and the bar made some excellent cocktails. The rooms are small as pictured (no surprises there) so best suited for a single person or a couple. Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel finely. We did unfortunately have to change rooms due to a buzzing noise from the refrigeration system. Fortunately, this went easily and we were upgraded to one of the suites. It should be mentioned that the front of the hotel and restaurant 1937 both look fantastic but the experience towards and in the rooms is authentic and somewhat dated."
