"The casino is fun! There’s plenty of places to eat and drink. The pool area is beautiful they have cabanas, a bar, and food. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. The shower is amazing. "

"I felt very safe through out the hotel. The hotel and valet staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Hays’s rooms are clean rooms and the food is fantastic. The only thing i would change is to upgrade is the shower heads. 9.5/10 (dang shower heads ;) We will be returning!"

"The motel suffered serious damage from a hurricane last year, and only two of three elevators are working. The one is staffed all the time and works as fast as possible, but efforts must be made to get the other two running. Some evidence of damage was evident on ground-level floors. We took breakfast there, again, staff were terrific, but food items that should be hot were at best tepidly warm. Three is a great deal of noise at night due to the proximity of I-275 behind the facility. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced for the area."

"We were here 2024 October between two hurricanes. The staff then were overworked but still very professional. This trip 2025 May had many of the same staff. The were just as professional and friendly. The dining here is fantastic. One of the best breakfast buffets. Kitchen is very accommodating. Their other restaurant (Oystercatchers) is higher end and is awesome. They changed their menu from our last visit but it was still amazing. We will stay here again. "

"We had an amazing time. From the time we stepped into the hotel. Jose M greeted us with a smile answered every question we had. He also gave us some great suggestions on places to go since this was our first time visiting. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back."
