"I could eventually sleep without earplugs, first time during my 2 weeks US trip. Very clean, reception very polite and most helpful: as a real hotel should be! It's also quite original in its decor and this is a bonus. I was not terribly satisfied by the breakfast, as I always prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what they offer; and cafes in and around the hotel already closed by 2pm sounded weird to me! But this does not detract that much to the hotel's outstanding quality. I loved my stay."

We checked in late in the evening and the gentleman working made sure we had everything we needed and all questions were answered. The rooms needed to be updated, and they could be cleaner, but everything else was fine."
