"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."

"The hotel is of great location, clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a delux double king room. The room is very spacious, but the bathroom is small, the shower stall is even smaller, so that an above average person can’t turn around in the stall. "
