Wry helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast and clean rooma

Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...

Amazing stay. Great staff and great breakfast.

Charming hotel in the center of the Old City.

This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. What a spectacular, comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Particularly nice touch: beach towels for a swimming pool the lake.

This hotel has been a excelled choice for many years and I will return again. great skiing, dinning, bar, drinks, all the little details are amaising, great staff.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, with easy access to restaurants, cellar bars, bear park, and the river. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Air conditioning has been a problem this month (July, ‘22) in central Europe, and I overheard another couple asking for a fan. Our A/C worked well. They offer free drinks and snacks in the lobby, including a...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and everything was well organised. I would definitely love to visit again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. It was our first time visiting Switzerland and the hospitality of the hosts was incredible.

So beautiful! Would stay again!
