"A pleasant stay in the country. Friendly polite staff. On site restaurant which was just ok. I think the volume of people affected the quality of the food and service. Small spa area, whuch was ok. "

"Easy taxi ride from Airport. Good aircon but bed was really too firm. Had to check in then book restaurant which seemed odd. Prefer to prebook. Especially as they were out of some of the food, but the restaurant area was a nice friendly space. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel practicallywas perfect in every way and particularly of great use for business meetings. The only reason I have not given this five stars is because as a resident of the hotel I’ve not experienced having to pay an additional fee for Spa access before- surely The should come as a pack of staying in the hotel and spending money on food and refreshments etc. On a positive side, the additional free refreshments and nibbles in the room was a welcome addition."

"A gorgeous boutique hotel. Great location on the High Street in Lyndhurst. A brilliant base for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. All of the staff are friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Buffet breakfast very yummy and plenty of it, along with massive pots of tea and coffee. The weather was glorious, so we were able to sit in the garden and enjoy cocktails, which are 2-4-1 3pm to 6pm daily. "Amazing smooth experience with checking in. The beat thing for our stay was the scrumptious breakfast provided. We've been to so many Holiday Inn around the UK but this particular one really stood out with their food and service. "

"Pleasantly surprised by this conveniently located affordable hotel which offered clean simple rooms, friendly staff and a lovely garden and bar. The only downsides were that in my room overlooking the main road, I could very slightly hear the traffic although this did not disturb my sleep too much. Also, there there was no visible recycling and the towels felt parched! It would be good if the hotel could make it easier to opt out of a daily clean as I did not realise how to do this and...

"Lovely old building 12th century I believe with plenty of character. very cosy spacious room and very nice bed , recommended for anyone visiting Salisbury as its conveniently close to the city centre "
