"Check -in staff were helpful,food etc convenient.Disappointed hot water was not available for morning shower,access to room via stairs no lifts."

"The bathroom, which I gather is for the elderly or wheelchair bound as there was a shower chair present was a massive falls risk. Water went throughout the entire bathroom leaving it completely wet till morning. We almost slipped over every night. Putting down a bath mat was completely futile as it became a sponge"

"Generally very good. Great location and helpful staff. The property is about twenty years old however, and in some places it shows. A couple of cracked tiles and carpet perhaps needed replacing, but lots of positives. Only real complaint was that the spa didn’t have a heater, which I sort of expect in a spa."

"This is a lovely hotel in a nice area near food as well as the walkable areas. The staff were terrific and flexible. Bonus was finding they have a free washer/dryer to do a bit of laundry."
