"First, our A/C did not work when we arrived. They came and fixed that. After we returned from dinner and were preparing for bed, discovered door lock didn’t work at 10 pm. Front desk sent a repairman who arrived at 11 pm. He didn’t have but a pair of pliers and couldn’t fix the lock. He said he would get a hammer and be back. "This was an excellent hotel for our visit a bit of a walk into the centre. Make sure you book parking before hand we thought it was included but they had no space so had to park on the road, but it was safe. Have to make a comment about the breakfast as it was amazing. Having traveled around Europe for the past two week this by far the best. All freshly made and presented amazingly. Would definitely recommend"

"Very pleasant, no complaint re staff or the room. One thing: they really need a new/better coffee machine for the breakfast. The staff will bring a good cappuccino or espresso from the kitchen but the 'americano' from the machine (when working) is plain terrible, and the water from the machine for tea-making comes out with a brown tinge (hopefully that's traces of coffee) Overall I would happily stay again, but would be very pleased if they had a great new coffee machine, or just barista...

"This was just quick overnight before a cruise. We were delayed and got in at 2am. It was nice that reception was still open and check in was very fast. Breakfast was mediocre. They did arrange can service to get us to Port and that was very helpful"
