The only problems were : the pool (one of the main reasons I chose this hotel) was non operational and the room A/C just didn't cool to American standards of cooling down a room. I would definitely stay there again as the room was great, the food was great, the location was great and the staff amazing."

"Easy checkin at desk. Staff was very welcoming, efficient. Easy to park garage. Very nice indoor pool in basement with hot tubs . We enjoyed swimming. Also had good breakfast buffet. "

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
