"Le Meridien is a brand new hotel, very modern, but a bit short-staffed. It is a bit removed from the center of Xi'an, but quite close to the Terra Cotta site (ca 30 minutes), which was great for us as tourists. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a "club" room so we had free access to the top floor lounge with a small dinner buffet and refreshments. When we checked in we found out that our room had two twin beds for the three of us, so the manager accommodated us by moving us to a king...

"My group was very disappointed with the hotel. I had booked 10Horizon club rooms for my group and I find that they do not provide extra amenities for the Horizon club. If that was the case I will not have used this hotel. in 2015 I took my group there and it was wonderful. Excellent service and they spoke English. This is why I had booked the same hotel for this group. We had such difficult time in getting our room assigned and finally after discussion with the manager who spoke no English...

One part is newer and another one is very old and bad in every aspects, They sent me to the old one but online there is no info. about this. The room is dirty and many things are not working. "We requested a ride from the airport to the hotel in advance and they did not answer our message, twice. We called a cab and couldn’t communicate where we needed to go so we called the hotel to help us and they hung up on us twice.
