"Superb hotel that I always try to use. Can be pricey when there is something on in the city but you can also get some bargains. Recommended "

"From the excellent welcome by the reception staff to the bar, restaurant and room staff it was faultless. The breakfast was of good quality and hot. The only comment would be that the shower did not drain quickly enough and I have liked to have been able to cast films from my iPad to the tv."

"Loved our stay here. Really great location for attending an event at principality stadium. Also great location for shopping and restaurants. Noticed the bar opposite was a bit noisy into the night. Bit confusing getting to the car park but after ringing the hotel and getting pre recorded instructions and postcode we found it no problem. Staff were very helpful and happy. Not sure if there are stairs to lobby as we only found the emergency exit ones but waiting for lift can take a while. Overall...

"We were attending a show in New Theatre which is situated next door, it was such a convenience to get out of theatre and literally walk 2 min to our hotel. We requested queen bed and it was massive. Very good night sleep ,even that our room was facing a Main Street ,but it was lovely to look out of the window to the night life time.i was impressed with lovely light but fluffy duvets which kept us warm all night.i stayed with daughter who wakes up at 6am everyday so it was a bonus that she slept...
