"The apartment was the same as pictured, but it was not cleaned before we arrived. There was a visible blood stain on the couch, human hair on surfaces in the kitchen, visibly dirty sheets on the bed, not swept, and smudges on glass surfaces and walls. Two out do three TVs in the apartment we're broken. The instructions for checking in were clear and precise, but the parking pass was missing, the key fob had not been left where it was said so we could not leave the premises until we called....
