"We liked the facility, close to the beach and restaurants. you can walk. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Parking and beach chairs at the pool have a surcharge of $10 per day, it was the only thing we didn't like because the price of the rooms corresponds to these included without surcharge. It's our only complaint. Otherwise very good stay and welcome."

"I just returned back Memorial Day. Very nice property & smelled very nice all through out property even elevator was clean. I had my own parking spot that came included and property is great location. Wynwood area has lots to offer. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower and a tight squeeze entering ramp. Overall it gave an upscale vibe. Beautiful patio and would definitely return highly recommend."

"I was very pleased with our stay. There was a little mishap with giving us a dirty room but they quickly rectified the situation, put us in a new room. The property was quiet and clean. We will be back! "
