"Check in was super easy. Room was spotless. Like the blackout curtains and everything being controlled by an iPad. Rooftop pool and bar was a great surprise! Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Hilton was awesome, because of flights we arrived 3hrs ahead of check, they had a room ready with a balcony overlooking the canal and waived the early check-in fee. Place is beautiful, amazing views and pool area. Restaurant has good food and room was clean. Definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was the complete opposite experience from Yotel hotel—absolutely excellent. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff members were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The only small downside is that the pool is a bit on the smaller side, but that did not take away from the experience at all. I would definitely recommend Novotel Miami Brickell and would happily stay here again. "

"The staff were excellent and the property and amenities were top notch. The room seemed completely sound proof, which is very nice if you're and the shower was excellent. The only had a couple minor issues: 1. There was a $5/day parking fee, but there weren't enough actual parking spots in the lot, so I had to park next to a dumpster in an unmarked spot. 2. There was a gate at the entrance to the lot, but I received no instructions for getting past the gate. It turns out you just need to drive within a couple feet of the gate and it automatically opens, but it would be nice to have been told that prior to my arrival. 3. The smart TV was was very slow to respond to remote comands, which was a bit frustrating. "
