"I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My first encounter was with a young man at the front desk. Three questions were asked (with a smile on my face) and three unfriendly answers. I wasn't expecting this, but as we waited to check in, I watched the three young people never smile at approaching guests, including myself and my husband.
