"We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious and we loved the couch/lounger seating. Bed was comfortable, mini bar was well stock and reasonably prices. Expressor machine was nice to have the bathroom was very good."

"Our initial family room was too small to fit the pull out couch and suitcases. There were no lamps or decorative comforter/pillows on the bed. We found some crumbs and a stain on the bed. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The manager switched our room which is why we realized the room wasn’t even decorated properly. We were very disappointed with our initial experience."

No coffee available until then other than instant to be made in room. The bar closed early and staff made closing time known well before last call, which was not very...

"Clean, new, good sized rooms, good breakfast included, perfect location - easy to get to all attractions in London and right next to Victoria station - big hub to get to/from airport and other trains. Staff was friendly and was able to get our room ready early after an overnight flight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. "
