"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

The rooms are big and clean, room service is excellent and the food is top quality. The basement has a nice gym with lots of equipment but smells a bit musty, maybe because this summer has been hot & humid.
