"The hotel was great, the room was large with a great view of the grounds and lake, even had a hot air balloon experience taking off from the grounds which was brilliant to see, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was good quality, nice bar area including outdoor seating. hotel was in a great location with leeds castle very close by and multiple country pubs within a 10 minute drive"

"We stayed for 2 nights, our initial room was next to the lift and it was a bit noisy. However, after a visit to reception and a polite request for change of room, we were upgraded to a suite, free of charge, which was much more comfortable. The staff at The Bromley Court are amazing, most friendly and helpful."

"I would give 5* just for the breakfast staff working Saturday 18th, all super friendly and had a good attitude (Steven, Mara, raka). Too many issues with the room, ac not working properly, window broken, water leaking which affected water pressure, this wasnt told to us at check in, only found out when we called to complain, they charge you £6 just to send up some ice."

"We travel to Belgium each year, and have always stayed at either the Premier Inn or Travelodge at Eureka Park, due to the close proximity of places to eat etc. This year we decided to try Ashford Int Hotel & Spa and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and spacious, there is a pool, gym and spa, and overall we were very happy with the choice. The only tricky bit was finding it, and finding our way to the motorway the next morning - it's a bit more long winded than staying at...

"Nice convenient location in the High Street, easy walkable from the station with lots of eating and drinking establishments nearby. Drinks at the abode bar were quite expensive better use local nearby facilities."

"Condition of my room was fair , wallpaper that looked like it had been painted over was peeling , Fan in room did not work and picture missing off wall but hooks left in it. Bathroom looked refurbished and nice, staff were nice. Unable to order room service as no one answered the phone , spa did not call me to make an apt. And I was unable to eat in the restaurant on both occasions I tried so I ate in the bar. "

"We stayed here before and after our wedding and found the entire experience was superb. The room was clean, well furnished with good extras e.g. tea/coffee facilities (including nice biscuits!). The shower was fantastic which is one thing I feel often lets other hotels down, so this one was a win for us! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and added extra touches to help us celebrate. The cooked breakfast was faultless and overall I would happily return here."

"As always staff and service excellent, however we had poor WiFi reception in our room this time but there was renovation works being carried out on other floors which may have effected the signal.. Cooked breakfast is always tasty and well served! Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon :)"
