"The shower head is not adjustable so only very very tall guests can enjoy a satisfactory shower. I am 5 feet tall. The hotel shuttle bus service is good but can be excellent if one/two more ride/s can be added between 5pm and 7pm from the train station to the hotel."

"The view from our room was breathtaking! It was possible, because the hotel is a bit remote. There’s a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and downtown station, but it’s quite a walk after hours when the shuttle stops running. Nonetheless, we would stay here again."

"Although hotel seems older, room was clean and very spacious. It was somewhat an apartment like. There was kitchen and a dining table but no cooking nor dining utensils and plates/bowls. But it was a nice surprise, as we didn’t expect the room to be that. Location was pretty convenient. Staff were friendly. A bit “odd” that there was a staff watching us at swimming pool. Understand that it was probably a lifeguard situation but seems a bit awkward to be watched all the time while swimming."

"It's a quiet and private hotel. Staff are attentive and personalised. Though it's a small setup, it offers guests comfort and privacy. Best is that it is next to Miho Pine Forest and beach with a great view of Mt Fuji."

Hotel lobby, restaurant and common areas are very well designed, modern and tasteful with many nice details. Room is super comfortable and feels luxurious and spacious. Nice view to ocean and a sculptural park. Dining is very very good. Besides the great food, restaurant staff are amazing! The onsen is nice and clean. I’ll want to come back and recommend to my friends."
