"Lovely hotel, room, setting. Clean and spacious room. Although bad part was booking a table for a meal. After speaking to what looked like the bar manager he says 7pm so we had a drink at the bar to wait. He suggested nibbles which we had and got charged over the top for them 7pm came and went and we enquired if our table was ready at 7.20pm. he shrugged us off and ignored us after this so we ended up leaving at 7.45 to find a restaurant elsewhere. Rude man."

"The hotel advertises that it has AC but it didn’t work in either of the rooms we had. It was in the 30’s outside and we were able to open a window and somehow, the room was still very hot to sleep in. That would be my only complaint. The hotel is nice and the bed is very comfortable. "

"Fantastic welcome from friend and very helpful receptionist. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bed especially comfortable provided an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast however was a little disappointing annd not very good value especially for vegetarians. While there was a good range of bread, the choice of cereal was limited to sweet things aimed at children and a horrible instant porridge. Could have done better on fruit too. Reasonable convenient for the train station and places to eat...

The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key...
