"This property is perfect for those who want to be right near the main attractions of berlin with budget in mind. you can walk left from the hotel and see Checkpoint Charlie, or walk right to even more tourist destinations in the area. the staff and service was very nice and pleasant to be around. "My only complaint is that with being eco friendly there wasn't a way to make the room cold enough to be comfortable sleeping. I was sweating throughout all 3 nights of my stay. If the weather is hot outside the eco hotel conditioning system doesn't suffice. On a positive note it was a clean and fun environment!"

"The hotel is in a quiet square, close to restaurants and transport. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom shower was never hot. It was either tepid or cool. I was there 6 nights and it never improved. "

"Great building, lovely staff and a great, well equipped room. Only 2 negatives. 1. My room had lots of dust around the tv and surrounding console, and I don’t usually notice that kind of thing. 2. There is no late night menu and every time we tried to get food outside of breakfast the restaurant was closed. I would have expected a 4 star place to have a small room service menu"

"If you’re staying in the Karlshorst area this is an excellent choice. A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. I dropped one star where I would only have deducted a half, because having requested a toilet roll at reception it never turned up. "In walking distance of all the main sites in Berlin. Spacious room with good wifi and tea/ coffee facilities. Air con works but is a bit noisy. Breakfast has lots of options and the food is tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only reason I dropped a star was the attempt to charge me extra at the end of my stay for having a quiet room. All was sorted out with no extra charge but not the best way to end what had been a lovely holiday."
