The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for understanding processes related to the hotel and even other travel issues. The room was clean and efficient. We had a nice view from our room. "The location is perfect, rooms were great, and staff is wonderful. Tucked back in a side street so you’re away from the noise of the Main Street, but still a quick/easy walk to Shinjuku station and with a Lawsons next door; making this hotel a great option. We were so comfortable in our room - beds were comfy, shower was great with amazing water pressure, amenities were abundant and it was so quiet! The staff was very friendly and efficient. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"We loved this hotel - perfect for our first stay in Tokyo! The hotel was lovely, staff were super friendly and our room was perfect, with a great view over the city. I've heard that the rooms can be a little small in this hotel, so we opted for an Executive Double, and it was fantastic. We even had a sofa, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The hotel even has vending machines and free umbrella rental, which really helped us acclimatise to a new city!"
