"What a fabulous hotel and staff! The service is the best I have ever seen and I am 73 years old and have travelled extensively. The rooms are big and spacious and are cleaned every day. They have a pool, and a spa where I got the best massage ever from a young woman who was fantastic two days in a row. They have a breakfast that is the best I have seen. Eggs made to order, breads, fruits, hot entrees and it’s buffet style all you can eat. The town of Hoi An is right there and very walkable with a million shops and restaurants. The food everywhere is phenomenal. I highly recommend this !"

I really enjoyed this hotel but the only complaint was that my room had a really bad musty smell. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. Anna at the bar was super friendly and she makes a great cocktail. "
