They were loud, drunk, rude, and made thenstay less enjoyable. This hotel should review it's travel partners and better vet the groups coming in. The area is good but too many Gaijin tourists who are ruining Kyoto with there boorish behavior. I feel sorry for the locals."

"The house and concept is great though there are a few things to note before booking. It's very spacious. Use of kitchen and laundry is a bonus. Well heated. The bathroom is accessed by going outside and you can see right through so make sure the curtains in the main house are closed if you are with friends or family (no privacy possible from bathroom side).
