"We stayed here for about 4 nights and everything went well. There are two sections of the palace...one where the hotel reception is connected to and the other is a stand along building across the street. We've read online that one of the sections was the "newer" renovated one and I think that was the section with the hotel reception. We stayed in other section across the street and it was fine. "Tres charmant hôtel bien situé au cœur de la ville. Notre chambre n’était pas très propre (cheveux dans la salle de bain, mégots de cigarettes dans un cendrier sur la terrasse) et le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement (tasse sale laissée sur le comptoir et dosettes de café non remplacées). Wurde erst nach 3 maligen beanstanden in Ordnung gebracht.😒 Am 5 Tag ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht bzw. nur sehr langsam abgelaufen. "Ich war alleine für drei Tage hier. Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe noch nie eine Hotelanlage gesehen, die sich so harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt hat wie diese. Eine wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich hier wieder übernachten."
