"We like staying at this property because it is convenient to many shopping and restaurant venues within a couple blocks. The only thing that we didn’t like is that sometimes the unhoused individuals would come into the Ground floor entrance and beg for money. The security desk is not manned at times. Other than that, the property is well kept and the staff is incredible! This was our second time staying here and we will stay again. "

"Our stay was very short due to a family emergency but was good overall. Friendly staff and nice appearance… the only complaint has to do with the shower wand was not working at all and the tile was not flat so it was not very comfortable to stand in shower. Bed was pretty comfortable and clean. Pool area was beautiful, although we didn’t get a chance to use it this time. The staff was excellent about refunding our money for the night we lost. We are so grateful! "
