"It was ok but would not recommend this hotel. The walls were paper thin and neighbors were loud. Couldn’t hear planes but it was very loud in the hallways. The air conditioner or heater was very noisy! We had to shut it off! Breakfast was ok! "

"The reception staff are fantastic and will always help and are very friendly. Rooms clean but lack of decor , concrete unpainted walls make it feel cold . Ipads to get in room difficult to use. Some female staff at bar very rude and just ignore you completely. Pool is lovely and it is a nice hotel but nothing at all around it . "

"The over all experience was first class - particularly the staff: multilingual, friendly, professional and very effective. The room is big and the bed huge (two placed together) but VERY comfortable. The only - very slight - 'negative' comment would be that the bathrooms are looking a little dated. But they were very clean with big fluffy, soft towels and otherwise excellent. The design of the hotel when emerging from the lift (elevator for North Americans) is stunning. The food in the bar is AMAZING - you just have to realize you are in the Paris prices zone!!"

"The room, the staff, amenities. And they took my daughter wallet from the room and they didn’t even do anything they only told us to go to the police but we don’t live here. And the food in not that good for the mornings at all and the morning staff did not let us leave with the food even though other people did it and what makes it worse I’m black the that she let go where white she was yelling as well but all we said we saw other people going out with the food only good thing was the dinner was free for us at least night of the vacation. This was written by my 10 year old who was on her birthday vacation to visit Disney Paris."

"We had a really pleasant stay at the Grand Magic Hotel and overall felt it offered excellent value for money. The facilities were very good, and the price was much more reasonable compared to the Disney Hotels we’ve stayed at previously. The shuttle bus service worked perfectly fine for us. We were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews beforehand, but we didn’t have any issues at all and found it convenient for getting to and from the parks. Breakfast was okay — definitely more of a three-star standard. It was quite basic and the coffee wasn’t great, but still enough to start the day. One thing we wouldn’t recommend is the buffet dinner. It felt overpriced at €35 per adult (or €39 including one drink), and didn’t really offer good value for the quality. Overall, though, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable stay close to the parks without paying Disney hotel prices."
