"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Marina and had a mixed experience. Upon check-in, I was informed there was room service available, but to my disappointment, I had to go down to order food. This was inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. Additionally, there was significant noise from construction at the pool area, which made it difficult to relax. The breakfast service at the restaurant was also below par. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, leading to a mediocre dining...

"Convenient location (10 min walking) to Gaslamp Quarter. Super comfortable stay. The beds in South Tower were lovely. Large fitness center with spacious pools. Not a fan of the daily parking or “benefits” fees, but they were expected. The “city sounds” (sirens, trolley) were on the kind of loud side for us at night but that’s not a comment on the Marriott just an fyi if you have a city view room. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. We would definitely go back. "

"Older hotel in need of rehab. Convenient, good restaurant on site. Ordered 2 queens, got full size. Website offered fridge and microwave, got fridge only. Did love the city lights at night. View pictures were accurate. "

"This is a wonderful European style property that is delightful and in the best possible location. The downstairs dining & courtyard were great and it’s a nice nice hotel easily walkable everywhere. Unfortunately, the hotel is infused with such a strong fragrance throughout the entire hotel, and all the rooms that it caused horrible allergy attack. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning crew did a nice job but the drapes were very dated, holes and even some blood like material on the curtain. Burn marks on the outside table and not much in the way of snacks or refreshment access. Overall a nice experience, just showing some age. "
