"Great location near the train station, river views, and lots of dining and shopping. Great bar (with great service). No in-room coffee or tea. All in a “galley” on the floor which was often left a mess with garbage. Also tried (with other guests too) to get actual hot water on 2 floors to make instant coffee or tea and couple only get warm water, which doesn’t work. So for 3 of us each day needed to go out and buy coffee. Breakfast option is expensive without any hot foods so we skipped. "

"Very modern hotel with all the expected facilities. Breakfast is good but expensive- booking the night before will save you 5CHF per person. The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."

"Funky hotel just outside of city, 30 min tram ride which stops just outside hotel, this hotel is in Techno Park so not alot happening around here, however easy to get around via tram. Restaurant was lovely and food great, staff helpful and friendly. You can play games, pool table tennis here and sit and enjoy drinks before your evening meal. We would have preferred being closer to city but really enjoyed our stay here. "

"Don’t let the exterior facade put you off. Inside is modern, close to Mal Maison in style. Our family room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were really helpful and we received a warm welcome. It is a 5 min walk to the station which takes you 2 stops to Zurich HB in centre. First class fabulous. Highly recommended. "
