"Hotel is nice but outdated! The rooms were clean but small. No additional amenities and pool was not available. Lobby and areas nice and clean. Even though outdated the room was clean. 2 min walk from train station so def a perk and lots of restaurantes nearby. "

"We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"

"It’s close to Shimbashi and Shiodome station. Check in is not until 3pm but our room is ready around 12pm. Room is a little outdated and bathroom had a smell. Air filter is available, which I think helped with the smell. There’s a gym that’s available 24 hours. I picked the hotel hoping I’d get a room with the view of Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji, unfortunately I did not. Would recommend the hotel due to price and convenience. "

Breakfast was fantastic as it suited both the Western and Asian cuisine allowing us the choice to eat what we felt was suitable to start our day. Being close to the station but with soundproof windows made it sublime for comfort both in location and movement. With staff willing to help at every request, it was a wonderful stay."

"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint! The location was spot on for the train station and convenience markets. The Tokyo Dome is less than 10 minutes away and had a lot of shopping and amusement park type activities. The only criticism was the bathroom smelled a little funny."
