The location is perfect, right by the central station. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to a great hotel and an outstanding staff. "The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "

"Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was. "
