"Check-in was quick and simple. Clean and spacious room with a good walk-in shower. However, the TV kept losing its signal which was rather annoying.
Breakfast is a hot and cold self-serve buffet. The evening menu has a good variety of choices.
On-site parking is limited and was full by about 16:00 on the two nights we stayed."

"Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely.
All requests of staff even when it came to children's food requests (difficult eaters) were fulfilled. No requests were too big. The afternoon tea was lovely and definitely...

"Enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and tidy and had good amenities including a great breakfast and dinner was convenient rather than 5 star.
The other challenge was onsite or limited onsite parking.
Would I stay again, yes I would if I am back visiting my client."

"It’s quite far out of the city centre. First day the pool was out of order but then was working. All a bit dated but stay was on the whole good value for money. Breakfast was nice."

"Perfect place to unwind and relax. Extremely helpful and attentive staff who made the stay extra special. Food and drinks were incredible. One of the few hotels of that price which is worth every penny. If I had to be picky, only amenity missing was a gym."
