"We had a bad experience checking in. One day prior to arrival I noticed that the booking was for one rather than two people. This was for a four (4) night stay, not just overnight. On arrival, were were told we needed to pay an additional 300 euro, almost the same amount as the entire stay of 4 nights. The clerk then contacted the supervisor. The amount was changed to an additional 208 euro. Our travel mood was spoiled, we felt we were being overcharged."

"The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. Städtchen ist fantastisch (Weltkulturerbe) Nicht Positiv: extrem lange Wege zu den Zimmern, wenn gebucht zu den Anwendungen, zum Speisesaal, dem Römerbad etc. In den unterirdischen Katakomben verlaufen sich viele Gäste."

"The location is awesome, breakfast very good selection, healthy choice as well. Miss Eva extremely helpful and nice, this lady is there from very early until the night, she is the heart of the hotel. The only negative thing is the size of the sauna, only for 2 , it is located together with small pool and shower and it is not practical. To sauna you go no swimsuit than you shower but shower are together with swimming pool, so dressing back and forth and switching to sauna is not practical. Small...
