"The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money. "

We booked one of the economy rooms which was good, enough space for the two of us, but the room was on the first floor right by the elevator and the restaurant entrance which made for some noise and also the light in the hallway would turn on and off constantly.
