"I give a 3 star rating in the facility area as the beds and pillows fealt like I was sleeping on building site materials. The bed was solid like what I’d imagine sleeping on a concrete block would be like and the pillows were like sand bags. Lovely stay
"Lovely welcome with help with bags offered without asking. Good service for food and drink on the evening and a lovely breakfast. My only slight ‘gripe’ is the hour allocation for the use of the spa area. I understand it’s to keep the number of people in the area limited but we got a bright orange ‘all inclusive type’ bracelet to wear and it just seemed the only part of the trip that was a little unnecessary. However, the spa facilities were also lovely although we could only use certain facilities. Gorgeous room with a complementary upgrade and Elmis toiletries suppled. I would definitely return! "
