"Excellent place to stay if you’re heading to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful with directing how to setup shuttle transfer. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient. If you’re not utilizing the shuttle service, there’s not much happening near the hotel so I’d suggest something closer to the city center."

"We stayed for couple of nights here during our visit to Madrid. We hhave mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were not ready by check in time. The front desk offered to store our luggage till the room was ready. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities for our family(2 adults and 2 teenage kids) We loved the closet ,it was huge walk in closet. The bathroom was the only con it was tiny and the door handle came off , we tried to explain to the guys at the front desk...
