"Perfect Location! Steps away from Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Short walk to Uber Boat. Professional staff that was polite and attentive. I loved the hairdryer that was in our room as it was salon quality. I had an amazing view from my hotel room. The toilet handle had a leak but a handyman quickly fixed it. The hotel immediately provided a fan when I requested it. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone!"

They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were responsive whenever I had a question or needed assistance.
