"Quiet area but not far away from town. Not a whole lots of food options nearby so you will need to go into town for food. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived super early on train and room wasn’t ready but they let us use the lounge area to rest up before we head to town. Booked the valley view room and the view was spectacular. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"
