"I suggest its best to stay away from this hotel, unless you dont have a choice. They didnt accept the booking when we showed from hotels.com and had to wait on an international call for 10 mins its then they reluctantly took us in.the breakfast was next to nothing.. half of the food wasnt available. The hotel staff was very much giving us a cold shoulder.."

"Such a great hotel, such great food and the service was excellent! Pasan was great providing us with copious chai, non stop requests and was great all round, Eranda was excellent too. I wish I remembered everyone’s name, but would recommend the stay for their service alone - couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel rooms were clean, would recommend their half board option (some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka) and great shower facility too. "
