"We were in a suite in the older part of the hotel. Room was beautifully decorated yet with comfort and practicality in mind. Staff members very helpful; room was clean and well appointed (without the "old building" smell that permeates some older hotels). Breakfast must be ordered in advance but well worth the cost (best we had throughout a UK vacation). Location was excellent."

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at these cottages. We had 2 cottages next to each other as we needed something suitable for our elderly parents with mobility issues for a family wedding, these were perfect. The front door opens onto the bedroom which is spacious, comfortable king size bed, small fridge, iron, black out roller blind, nicely decorated. Then we had a large walk-in shower which was great. "We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday for my partners birthday and last little break away before our little boy is due! The most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever been too, very much needed. The owners & staff couldn’t of be nicer, so welcoming and friendly. The dome was unreal and the bed was unbelievably comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! The weather was cloudy for most of our stay but it didn’t matter, we still managed to have a BBQ which was great! Amazing views...
