Our experience at the Four Seasons was nice, as expected. Rooms were spacious & clean with a pretty view of the lake. Some of the staff were awesome: valet, spa, receptionists were great. Some were snooty: concierge. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Great people at the check-in counter, very helpful and very nice. The room was perfect, good services, clean. The concierge was very helpful to help me with the rental vehicle delivery when I was out.
However, i wish there is a self parking garage, since I hesitate to let someone i barely knew to drive and park the car for me.
I wish there are more W hotels around the world so I can stay with them.

My husband and I had the best time here. Everyone was soo friendly and inviting. We were having a mini anniversary getaway and wanted to celebrate here. Glad we chose this place. Golf was fun and the greens were nice. The food at the resort was yum, infinity pool had great views. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely be back!
