"Best place to stay in Steamboat! For our group of 14, they had booked all of our activities and transportation for us and helped us with any questions we had. The barn area was also amazing with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool that we used after hitting the slopes every day. The home itself was easily the best part though and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean, and was equipped with a full home sound system, along with a pool table. Would recommend for anyone...

This is an older motel that has had some paint and basic maintenance. It’s not a resort or a big Steamboat hotel. It’s in a wonderful part of town for exploring on foot.
There is some construction directly next door but we were in Steamboat to get out and see sights and hike. So we were gone most of each day and not there to hear it.

I arrived late in the evening. The young man was helpful but could have been more friendly. The room was outstanding, extremely clean and quiet. It had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Who could want more? The breakfast was wonderful and the lady serving it was kind and personable. It was a primo stay.

Reviews sold me on trying this older style motel and they were right-on. From the time Emily checked us in until we left, it was a very enjoyable experience. The owners take a very hands on friendly pride in their property and it shows. The beautiful pine furniture and embroidered sheets were a homey touch.
