"Beautiful hotel. Small but really nice bed and bedding. Good lobby food and good food at bar/restaurant. They seemed to have an issue one night when we tried to order room service. Took over an hour to get it and i heard others complaining but that was literally a small issue. Concierge was extraordinary. So kind and helpful. Would stay again any day"

"Amazing staff and great location! Only issue was the curtains in room would open or closed on their own without touching the remote. Getting to the room at first was difficult due to so many different doors and hallways you had to take after check-in. Love the creepiness of the hotel though felt like I was on an episode of AHS! My only concern was that there were no drawers and the bathroom didn’t have my space for toiletries. We ate in the grill restaurant one so. Er and breakfast, very good. We ate at Vanoost and it was an upscale dining experience."
