"Hankyu International is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Osaka business district. It’s centrally located with restaurants and subway/train station nearby. The hotel is very clean and luxurious compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan with American standard amenities except you have to pay to use the gym and the pool lane. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey compared to the outside hotels. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with great views. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."

"Pro: walking distance from hotel to Namba shopping district, train stations, and convenience stores. Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
